Staff Mobile Engineer (P4)

📋 Description

• Build and own the mobile SDKs for Stytch’s identity and fraud detection platforms on Twilio
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and deliver high-impact roadmap
• Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch teams to align on architecture and unblock cross-team
• Operate with deep technical ownership: author design docs, drive key technical decisions, review
• Build in ambiguity—break down complex problems and design developer experiences
• Improve production quality and resilience through observability, incident response and remediation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional mobile engineering experience
• Android development experience, fluent in Kotlin or Java
• Expertise in mobile development ecosystems, frameworks, 3rd party libraries
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, including monitoring, observability
• Experience making high-impact technical decisions and leading technical initiatives
• Proven track record of driving technical excellence while keeping customer needs at the center
