Staff Pharmacist - Overnights/Weekends

📋 Description

• Perform remote medication order entry, order verification, and drug verification across multiple
• Complete transitions-of-care medication reconciliation and navigate multiple pharmacy information
• Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare
• Assess medication appropriateness, dosing—including renal and hepatic adjustments—drug
• Support diverse and specialized patient populations, including pediatric, geriatric, pregnant or
• Apply clinical knowledge across IV therapies, TPN, cardiac and narcotic drips, IV antibiotics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred, ideally in a clinical or
• Active pharmacist licensure in Illinois or California in good standing is required, with
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to evaluate medication safety, dosing, interactions
• Comfortable working across multiple pharmacy information systems, technology platforms, and remote
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses
