Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design for the foundational platform, core product, and enterprise
• Define scalable data relationships, permission models, integration surfaces, and interaction
• Establish design system foundations and reusable patterns that can be adopted consistently across
• Design connected experiences across product areas so that workflows complement one another and
• Lead design in genuinely greenfield environments, identifying opportunities and defining solutions
• Frame problems, write design briefs, establish product direction, and collaborate with product

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional product design experience, including significant experience operating at
• Demonstrated ownership of complete product domains rather than individual features or isolated
• Proven experience designing platforms or core product areas within complex B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Strong experience with data models, permissions, integration surfaces, and scalable interaction
• Track record of shipping net-new products or experiences, including meaningful 0-to-1 work where
• Deep end-to-end user research experience, from research planning and participant recruitment
