📋 Description

• Own Provider domain experience across therapists, facilitators, and ops
• Lead with vision; co-create with partners across EPD and Clinical
• Translate vision into cohesive, scalable experiences
• Conduct deep user research for insight-driven solutions
• Build with craft and operational perspective into systems
• Mentor designers and raise team craft and velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Design for tech/software
• Own large, ambiguous multi-persona problem spaces
• Envisioned and delivered 0-1 experiences with impact
• Systems thinker; experience architecture skills
• AI-native builder across research, prototyping, and production
• Ship prototypes or code; design tooling and patterns
