📋 Description

• Design agentic AI experiences at Brex’s platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on design standards.
• Define and communicate product vision with high visual quality.
• Design end-to-end agentic flows: delegation and supervision.
• Partner with leaders to align teams and ship features.
• Work cross-functionally to launch new products and features.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication; articulate strategy and lead cross‑functional meetings.
• Experience working with engineering, marketing, design, and product management.
• Ability to craft a clear narrative and align teams around a vision.
• Passion for team building and development.
• 10+ years as a product designer.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-based products.

🎁 Benefits
