Staff Product Designer, AI Agents \u0026 Chat

📋 Description

• Lead the design of AI platform features from concept to launch.
• Drive a compelling vision on how AI permeates throughout our app and is integrated thoughtfully
• Partner closely with engineers, and with PM and go-to-market stakeholders to brainstorm, define
• Collaborate closely with our product and customer-facing teams to participate in UX Research and
• Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback
• Lead regular design reviews with the broader AI team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years professional design experience working at a startup or similarly resource-restricted
• Experience shipping AI products end to end as the lead designer.
• Experience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the
• Great presentation, collaboration and communication skills
• Empathetic champion for your work's audience and customers
• Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability
