📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for Analytics, translating sophisticated data, reporting, and business
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, uncover opportunities, and
• Influence Analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap by bringing a strong customer
• Establish scalable interaction models and patterns that balance usability, discoverability
• Shape a cohesive experience across the Analytics ecosystem by reducing fragmentation and creating
• Leverage and extend Weave’s Design System to create scalable, accessible, and consistent

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product or UX design experience, with a proven track record of shipping data-intensive
• Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, with the ability to translate complex data, workflows
• Experience designing data-dense interfaces, including dashboards, reporting, data visualization
• Strong product design thinking, with the ability to independently identify problems, frame
• Hands-on expertise with Figma, user research and testing methods, and product analytics tools such
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build
