Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design for the core platform across platform, core workflows, and enterprise
• Define scalable data relationships, permission models, integration surfaces, and interaction
• Establish design system foundations and reusable patterns that can be adopted by other product
• Design connections between product areas so that workflows, data, and functionality work together
• Lead genuinely greenfield initiatives by defining the problem, writing the design brief, shaping
• Shape experiences for tasks, reporting, integrations, and other workflows across the full

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, including meaningful experience at Staff or Principal level
• Proven experience owning the design of a platform or core product area within complex B2B or
• Demonstrated ability to ship net-new products and features alongside foundational platform work
• Deep end-to-end user research experience, from planning and participant recruitment through
• Experience designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences.
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities and the ability to understand how individual product decisions
