🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic
• A track record of owning large, complex scopes end-to-end — from ambiguous problem to shipped
• Comfortable navigating complex organizations, aligning stakeholders, and moving work forward across
• Strong mentorship instincts — you make the designers around you better, and you're intentional
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present work, advocate for decisions, and
• Hands-on experience using AI as part of your design or product development process, and genuine
