• Own design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows.

• Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features, translating quantitative and qualitative insights into testable ideas.
• Champion designs that deliver a seamless, easy, delightful experience for our SMB users.
• Facilitate workshops that help you and your team develop winning ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio shows high-quality work with impact on outcomes.
• 7+ years design experience; 4 years on Growth/ecommerce focus.
• Experience onboarding/merchandising surfaces; iterative testing (A/B).
• Enjoy UX research; conduct testing; advocate for users.
• Thrives in complexity; balance craft, thinking, and business needs.
• Nice to have: B2B/SMB experience; ownership mindset.
