• Portfolio showcases high-quality work with impact
• 7+ years design experience; 4+ years Growth/ecommerce
• Onboarding/merchandising experience; iterative A/B testing
• Independently conduct UX research and derive insights
• Balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs
• Nice to have SMB/B2B experience
