🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience, ideally within SaaS or another complex digital
• Demonstrated experience designing for growth, particularly activation, onboarding, conversion
• Strong understanding of growth metrics and the ability to connect design decisions to measurable
• Proven experience designing and running product experiments, analyzing results, and translating
• Strong user research skills and the ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative and
