• Establish a set of engineering standards across the Model Authoring pods.
• Set and own the technical direction for the team's shared enablers, including model representation
• Establish the technical interfaces between Model Authoring and other parts of the business.
• Work hands-on on the hardest problems in the stream.
• Help define how we work in an AI-native way.
• Visibly lift the engineers around you.

🎯 Requirements

• Worked in an AI-native environment and used AI or agentic tools in engineering workflow.
• Product-focused rather than purely technical with understanding of user pain points.
• Set technical direction while navigating genuine ambiguity.
• Owned a significant technical challenge or service end to end.
• Influenced across teams with ability to hold positions under challenge.
• Worked effectively across distributed teams (Warsaw and London).
