• Own discovery through delivery for our most important product bets, from early ambiguity to
• Work directly with engineers and founders from the start of any initiative as the accountable
• Frame the problem, define the hypothesis, and choose the fastest route to signal: interviews
• Translate messy qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction, then drive that
• Set success metrics, make the call on when there's enough signal to build, and own the outcome
• Embed structured learning loops into how we operate so insight compounds over time
