📋 Description

• Own the activation journey end to end. Define and improve every stage of the agency lifecycle after
• Reduce time to go-live. Find bottlenecks and ship products that remove them.
• Build for every type of client user. Design configuration and customization capabilities in the
• Elevate the developer and integrator experience. Improve documentation, sandbox environments, and
• Measure and improve client health. Define activation and adoption metrics and ship improvements.
• Bring the voice of the agency into the roadmap. Run user research and usability testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments
• Track record of improving time-to-value metrics
• Comfort with technical products
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
