Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution.
• Lead product from discovery to MVP, launch, iteration, and scale.
• Conduct user interviews and ongoing discovery across marketplace participants.
• Define how marketplace participants discover opportunities, trust, and engage.
• Partner with a small engineering team to scope, sequence delivery, and tradeoffs.
• Use real signals and product data to improve matching and marketplace performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience taking a product from 0→1.
• Ownership across product strategy and execution.
• Strong user interviews, discovery, and synthesis skills.
• Defined and launched MVPs using early feedback.
• Deep understanding of user experience and workflows.
• Worked closely with technical leads and engineers to scope, prioritize, and sequence product development.
