Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Set product direction by developing a clear vision, strategy, roadmap, and narrative
• Partner directly with business leaders, operators, and end users from problem framing through
• Build world-class products using product judgment, user-centered discovery, and first-principles
• Redesign workflows end to end, deciding what to eliminate, redesign, or delegate to software/agents
• Prototype rapidly using AI tooling and modern product-development techniques
• Lead AI-native product development including production-grade agents and intelligent workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building and scaling high-quality software products
• Strong product judgment to identify high-value problems and make trade-offs
• Experience partnering with business teams and users to discover problems and drive adoption
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype, test, and refine solutions
• Technical fluency in AI and software development including LLMs, agents, orchestration, retrieval
