Staff Product Manager, Agent Primitives

📋 Description

• Deeply understand problems faced by agent builders and identify opportunities where our products
• Define and build what’s next for Temporal. Own strategy and roadmap for agent primitives. Turn
• Perform up-front discovery and translate customer, field, and open-source community signals into
• Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product
• Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users.
• Enable sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate with and win customers.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 8+ years of product management experience
• You have technical depth, with experience working on platform, infrastructure, developer tools, or
• You have worked at a startup, high-growth company or in a similarly intense and ambiguous
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, workflow or orchestration systems, event-driven
• Ability to reason about API semantics, failure modes, state management, reliability, scalability
• High standards for developer experience across APIs, SDKs, documentation, examples, onboarding
