Staff Product Manager - Agent Trust

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for Agent Trust
• Define how Plaid identifies agents, verifies humans, and evaluates permissions
• Connect Agent Trust to portable identity, reusable KYC, and consumer permissions
• Work with financial institutions and customers on product and GTM
• Represent Plaid in industry standards groups
• Partner with data science and engineering on product requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in fraud, identity, authentication, or payments risk
• Depth in identity and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.x, OIDC, FIDO, WebAuthn, FDX, Open Banking)
• Track record launching and scaling new product lines
• Experience with enterprise customers and financial institutions
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration
