Staff Product Manager, AI

📋 Description

• Own Copia Copilot: AI product docs and outputs from repos/backups.
• Develop a point of view on Copia's AI context and product opportunities.
• Set AI roadmap from code intelligence to autonomous agents and OT resilience.
• Write specs and work daily with the AI engineering team.
• Own AI monetization and GTM; price, packaging, PLG fit.
• Partner with the CEO and Sales on the AI narrative and product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record shipping AI products to real customers, including zero to revenue.
• Great instincts for prioritization; turn ambiguous problems into solutions.
• Excellent communication to explain technical details to engineers, execs, and non-tech.
• Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity: new product line and design partners.
• Eagerness to dig into a complex domain; excited to learn how factories run.
• Nice to have: OT/industrial automation or cybersecurity background.
