Staff Product Manager, AI Infrastructure and Compliance

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for AI Infrastructure to support that AI has the right AI Admin
• Define how AI sessions and agent activity are permissioned, stored, and governed across Box
• Build enterprise-grade auditability and observability for AI, enabling customers to understand and
• Define Box's Agent platform approach for handling AI security use cases.
• Build administrative controls for model selection and policy enforcement, giving organizations
• Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, Product and Engineering to meet requirements including

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience, including significant experience owning technically complex
• Strong technical foundation and ability to engage with architects and senior engineers on system
• Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance, with ability to translate complex
• Experience with, or strong understanding of, AI/ML systems and emerging AI security risks
• Comfortable navigating complex systems involving content storage, permissions, identity
• Proven success driving products requiring coordination across multiple engineering and product

• Actual base salary and/or OTE is dependent upon factors such as knowledge, skill level, experience

• Redwood City Pay Range: $231,000 - $288,500 USD.
