• A track record growing a scaled product, revenue portfolio, or financial system.
• Exceptional quantitative judgment across metrics (cohort, portfolio, economic).
• Material impact on payment volume, revenue, or balances.
• Strong systems thinking across infrastructure, operations, economics, and user experience.
• Clear judgment on how AI improves workflows and performance.
• Lead multiple workstreams without turning strategy into features.
• Cross-functional communication across technical, risk, ops, and commercial teams.
• Card/payments experience; growth in adjacent financial product acceptable.
