Staff Product Manager - Connected Devices

📋 Description

• Own the hardware and firmware roadmap for Equipment Monitoring in-field devices
• Drive NPI execution end-to-end from problem definition through MP ramp and post-launch stabilization
• Own the installed base metrics (field failure and RMA rates, battery life, connectivity and
• Define and prioritize firmware features including power optimization, connectivity resilience
• Lead the product side of device partnerships for extending asset and position visibility
• Make trade-offs across feature set, BOM cost, power budget, connectivity, antenna performance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including shipping IoT, telematics, tracking, or
• Ownership of at least one full hardware NPI reaching material volume (ideally 100K+ units)
• Technical fluency in battery-powered connected systems (MCUs/SoCs, power management, battery
• Direct experience owning firmware roadmaps including OTA strategy, provisioning, security
• Demonstrated ownership of field reliability improvements
• Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
