Staff Product Manager, Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

📋 Description

• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for DFM across Xometry — one global workbench enabling both
• Lead the product that houses the single structured record of what each order requires to be built
• Work with data science and engineering to improve manufacturability models — 3D geometry analysis
• Define and track metrics that matter — DFM handle time, sign-off latency, the gap between what's
• Act as the hub between Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, Order Systems, Quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading AI/ML-powered or technical products in
• Experience owning a system of record or complex data contract and the human-in-the-loop workflows
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows (e.g., approval routing, tiered sign-off, escalation
• Comfort operating across regions and stakeholder groups to hold a single global design standard
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical and
• Rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and measuring impact on cycle
