Staff Product Manager, Developer Workflows

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for Developer Workflows within Dev & AI.
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM to shape dev experiences.
• Define prioritization and strategy for Unified Access within EPM.
• Balance an 18–24 month vision with near-term execution.
• Represent the voice of customers via discovery, PRDs, PRFAQs.
• Collaborate with a junior PM to raise craft across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM for developer-facing or platform products.
• Deep understanding of developers, AI trends, and security.
• Define and run cross-functional roadmaps in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience driving cross-company product vision across multiple teams.
• Strong written comms; PRDs, PRFAQs, aligned with teams.
• 18–24 month vision with strategic clarity; bonus on security/IAM.
