• Own the multi-year strategy for the Embedded API and partner platform.
• Prioritize partner segments, workflows, and financial capabilities.
• Lead partner discovery, executive pitches, solution design, and planning.
• Turn partner needs into reusable APIs, tooling, and integration patterns.
• Align Card Infrastructure, API Engineering, Risk, Legal, and GTM for launches.
• Use AI to simplify developer experience and speed from discovery to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record scaling an API product or developer platform.
• Strong judgment on developer experience and reliable integrations.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and financial systems.
• Credibility in partner discovery and executive pitches.
• Commercial judgment linking roadmaps to adoption and revenue.
• Fintech, payments, or embedded-finance experience preferred.
