Staff Product Manager, Expenses

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end strategy for enterprise expense management.
• Unify docs, policy, compliance, approvals, substantiation, and ERP readiness.
• Align product teams across Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, GTM.
• Use AI and automation to reduce routine work and surface exceptions.
• Own adoption, workflow completion, and software revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record leading complex enterprise workflow or systems products.
• Strong fluency in backend systems, data models, and integrations.
• Experience supporting extensive customer permutations without usability loss.
• Ability to unite multiple domains under one strategy and operating model.
• Strong cross-functional influence and impact on enterprise sales/adoption.
• Expense management exp preferred; ERP/accounting experience can substitute.
