Staff Product Manager, Expenses

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end strategy for enterprise expense management.
• Unify documentation, policy, compliance, approvals, substantiation, audit, ERP readiness.
• Define systems, data models, configurations, and controls for complex enterprises.
• Align specialized product teams around the complete expense lifecycle.
• Use AI to automate routine work and route only judgment-heavy exceptions.
• Partner with Design to make sophisticated enterprise workflows intuitive.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record leading complex enterprise workflow or systems products.
• Strong fluency in backend systems, data models, integrations, and configurable architecture.
• Experience supporting extensive customer permutations without usability loss.
• Ability to unite multiple domains under a single strategy and operating model.
• Judgment on where AI should remove work vs. where human review is needed.
• Expense management experience preferred; related ERP/procurement/compliance can substitute.
