Staff Product Manager, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Identify, define, and prioritize features & product enhancements
• Develop deep understanding of finance, procurement and operational personas
• Act as hub between Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Order Operations, Partner Experience
• Own release enablement end to end including communication, documentation, SOPs, and training
• Build controls into the product including segregation of duties, approval thresholds, audit trail
• Apply automation and AI to manual work such as cash application, invoice exception handling

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product, program or project management experience
• 4+ years in an accounting related role such as bookkeeping, staff accounting or audit
• Working fluency with accounting fundamentals, accrual concepts, revenue recognition, chart of
• Experience with accounting software platforms like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar
• Experience integrating with ERP platforms and third party solutions such as Stripe, Avalara, High
• Experience designing policy driven workflows
