Staff Product Manager, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Identify, define, and prioritize features & product enhancements; communicate value and develop
• Develop deep understanding of finance, procurement, and operational personas and their workflows
• Act as hub between Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Order Operations, Partner Experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product, program, or project management experience; 4+ years in an accounting-related
• Working fluency in accounting fundamentals: accrual concepts, revenue recognition, chart of
• Experience with accounting software platforms (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows (credit limits, approval routing, tiered sign-off
• Track record integrating with ERP platforms and third-party solutions (Stripe, Avalara, High
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to distill financial complexity for engineers
