Staff Product Manager, Fleet Software

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for ChargePoint’s fleet software platforms —
• Drive the evolution of existing platforms: identify gaps in the current customer experience
• Define and build net-new software products for emerging fleet segments, including purpose-built
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and business priorities into clear product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer success, and data science
• Engage directly with fleet customers and prospects to deeply understand their workflows, pain

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on software products — ideally in
• Demonstrated ability to manage and evolve existing software platforms while simultaneously defining
• Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or logistics companies
• Strong technical fluency — able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on software
• Customer-obsessed and data-driven, with experience translating qualitative customer insight and
• Intellectually curious, analytical, creative, collaborative, and a strategic thinker who can work
