Staff Product Manager – German Speaking - Managed Detection and Incident Response (m/f/x)

📋 Description

• Own and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for MDR, EDR, and IR. Define
• Define and own the product roadmap for MDR, EDR, and IR, ensuring alignment with company vision
• Drive discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs, problems, and pain points.
• Lead and mentor product managers and junior team members. Work closely with Engineering, Product
• Partner with Product Marketing to define comprehensive go-to-market strategies, product launches
• Manage external relationships and partnerships, especially with EDR vendors and MDR technology

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in senior or staff-level roles
• Deep cybersecurity domain expertise, particularly in Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments
• Strong business acumen: understanding of go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and how product
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with comfort in ambiguity and the ability to make
