Staff Product Marketing Manager (PMM - Patient Growth)

📋 Description

• Own the patient journey, using insights to influence Product and GTM
• Identify highest-impact opportunities using customer insight and funnel data
• Reduce friction through better messaging and experiences to make it easier to choose Headway
• Own patient positioning and messaging framework
• Lead patient GTM, partnering with Growth and Lifecycle
• Build a test-and-learn engine with hypotheses and experiments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience with consumer-facing work
• Deep customer curiosity and ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into
• Understanding of consumer funnels, comfortable across acquisition and lifecycle
• Strong experimentation habit and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Strong strategic writing skills for positioning, messaging, briefs, and narratives
• Experience in a regulated or highly constrained consumer category
