Staff Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for roadmap status, delivery progress, and portfolio
• Define and track core product operations metrics (e.g., cycle time, roadmap adherence, planning
• Centralize and facilitate Product Performance metrics definition and coordinate dashboard builds
• Partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to bring commercial data into product
• Support recurring reporting cadences (business reviews, quarterly/annual planning, board updates).
• Monitor data quality and drive hygiene standards across systems feeding reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or Product Analyst/Management role.
• Comfort building dashboards and reports (PPM tool, Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel); SQL is a
• Use of LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to augment workflows.
• Experience designing and documenting repeatable processes.
• Comfort facilitating conversations where strategy and execution are in tension.
• Strong analytical skills.
