🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Trust & Safety operations or related role.
• Familiarity with content moderation ecosystems and policy standards.
• Experience using metrics, dashboards, or reporting to identify trends.
• Ability to analyze and improve end-to-end Trust & Safety systems.
• Strong understanding of online safety issues, including privacy, misinformation, fraud.
• Strong understanding of AI safety issues, such as fairness, accountability, and transparency.
