🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety operations or related role.
• Familiarity with content moderation ecosystems, policy standards, scalable reviews.
• Experience using metrics, dashboards, or reporting to drive improvements.
• Ability to analyze and improve end-to-end Trust & Safety systems.
• Strong understanding of online safety, data privacy, misinformation, and fraud.
• Strong AI safety knowledge: fairness, accountability, transparency.
