🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety operations or related role.
• Familiarity with content moderation ecosystems and policy standards.
• Experience using metrics, dashboards, or reporting to drive results.
• Ability to analyze and improve end-to-end Trust & Safety systems.
• Strong understanding of online safety issues: privacy, misinformation, fraud.
• Strong understanding of AI safety: fairness, accountability, transparency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
