🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety operations.
• Familiarity with content moderation and policy standards.
• Experience using metrics and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Ability to analyze end-to-end Trust & Safety systems.
• Strong understanding of online safety, privacy, misinformation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
