🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting across specialized tech, including meaningful time
• Data fluency: read, research, and interpret data across multiple tools, turning it into clear next
• Sourcing as a craft: know what great talent looks like, where to find it, and how to assess it
• Cross-functional partnership: proven ability to work across Compensation, People Partners
• Executive presence: history of partnering with senior leaders, and ability to walk into a room
• Bias for action and resilience: move things forward and stay steady when a search gets hard.
