Staff Scientist - Environmental Fate

📋 Description

• Designs and supervises experiments per regulatory requirements (EPA, FDA, OECD)
• Develops procedures and methods for technical problem-solving
• Acts as technical expert for staff and external customers
• Performs advanced troubleshooting of instrumentation and equipment
• Conducts environmental fate studies of chemical persistence and behavior
• Writes technical reports and SOPs; may serve as Study Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in chemistry/biochemistry/biology plus 5+ years environmental fate lab experience
• Master's in relevant field with 3 years experience may substitute
• GLP study director or project management experience preferred
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
