🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in systems engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in one or more system-level programming languages, such as C++ or Rust.
• Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers across different
• Strong track record of delivering highly reliable software in environments where engineering
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and security data processing.
• Experience working on an agent team within a SaaS organization.
