Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Leverage AI and ServiceNow platform workflows and automation to standardize, streamline and
• Build tools to manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments
• Review processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining and standardization and
• Help to plan and support platform upgrades including helping to troubleshoot technical product
• Develop and share best practices based on lessons learned
• Participate in activities outside of core hours and on weekends when required including

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of IT industry experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms
• ServiceNow platform administration or development experience
