📋 Description

• Set high technical bar via architecture leadership and design reviews.
• Drive technical direction across DEMS domains; scalable, secure, resilient.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design to solve key challenges.
• Lead backend services design, APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Identify systemic risks; drive reliability, observability, performance.
• Based in London; hybrid schedule: onsite Tue-Fri, remote Mon.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep backend and distributed systems expertise.
• Cloud platforms and production service operations experience.
• Experience leading multi-team technical solutions.
• Strong system design, reliability, performance, observability, security.
• Relational and NoSQL database experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
