Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own development of the product from ideation to release
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Data to run experiments and ship features
• Define and lead technical initiatives to enable growth at scale
• Mentor engineers across the organization
• Spread development best practices via knowledge sharing
• Partner with product and engineering management in planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years software development, 3+ years in leadership
• Deep backend experience (Ruby/Node.js); frontend (JavaScript/React)
• Experience building scalable systems with automated testing
• Strong ownership from design to production
• Excellent collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
