📋 Description

• Own complex engineering problems end-to-end, from understanding the problem and defining the
• Design simple, scalable, reliable systems and make sound architectural decisions based on technical
• Build primarily backend systems while contributing across frontend, infrastructure, data, AI, and
• Rapidly prototype and test multiple approaches, using evidence, benchmarks, and experimentation to
• Work with AI tools, LLMs, agents, APIs, and external providers to identify and implement meaningful
• Build automation, internal tooling, and workflows that increase individual and team productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of building
• Deep backend engineering expertise combined with sufficient technical breadth to work effectively
• Strong system design capabilities and sound architectural judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving
• Strong ownership mindset and product judgment, with the ability to connect technical decisions to
• Experimental and iterative approach to engineering, including prototyping, benchmarking
