🎯 Requirements

Passion for building domain-specific agents.
5-8 years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
Experience shipping user-facing products (backend or full-stack).
Iterative mindset; quick decisions and shipping v0s.
Comfortable with using evaluations to drive quality.
