Staff Software Engineer (AI)

📋 Description

• Design and build AI-native systems, incl. RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Move ideas from prototype to production to support real users.
• Set model strategy: prompting, fine-tuning, or alternative approaches.
• Instrument and evaluate outputs; define evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
• Own deployment, monitoring, latency, cost, and reliability at scale.
• Contribute across frontend/backend to ship complete AI products.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems (RAG, tools, agent orchestration).
• Set technical direction for AI across teams; establish architectural patterns.
• Own outcomes across teams; drive alignment with product and engineering.
• Strong model evaluation skills; design evaluation suites; mitigate hallucinations.
• Solid understanding of transformers and diffusion models; know when to apply.
• Productionize AI: deployment, monitoring, latency, cost, reliability in live environments.
