Staff Software Engineer, AI & App Experience

📋 Description

• Set the technical direction for LLMs, agent architectures, and guardrails.
• Design, build, and scale Jade capabilities from prototype to production.
• Build eval frameworks, observability, and guardrails for safe, scalable AI.
• Harden Jade backend services (model routing, prompts, orchestration, eval pipelines).
• Leverage AI-native workflows for rapid prototyping and reusable AI tooling.
• Champion AI-native development practices and quality gates.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend or full-stack experience in production.
• Deep system design experience for high-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python across the stack.
• AI-native fluency with LLMs and AI tooling daily.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features at production scale.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis; maintainable, well-tested code.
