📋 Description

• Audit internal dev systems and expose API-ready endpoints for AI agents.
• Build harness tooling, context systems, and PR quality loops.
• Automate high-volume engineering work to free time for high-value tasks.
• Design internal tools to boost engineering productivity.
• Identify friction and drive cross-team improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building tools to improve developer/AI workflows (CI/CD, dev infra).
• Strong software and system design fundamentals.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools and agents; ML experience not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Proven cross-team technical initiative delivery.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition (nice to have).
• Familiarity with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated PR pipelines (nice to have).
