🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience
Proven track record of setting technical direction across an engineering organization
Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture
Excellent judgment under ambiguity
Strong record of mentoring and coaching senior engineers
Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted software development
